Essential Functions:- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority to achieve business objectives
- Experience managing large, complex product initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction
- Experience in communicating with leadership and executive leadership regarding matters of importance to the product
- Experience in implementing strategic goals established by leadership
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:- Knowledge of Maestro and Experience
- GMLRS and PAC-3 Experience
- Experience in DoW Contract Execution
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing (Green Belt Certified)
- Analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
