  • Create low to high fidelity mockups, prototypes for proposed solutions, coordinate and lead user testing sessions with hospital employees and customers to prove out proposed solutions
  • Participate in implementation kick off meetings to ensure stakeholders, developers, and testers understand, implement, and verify intended user experience
  • Provide written guidance for software engineers describing the expected behavior and UI design
  • Perform UI reviews of completed dev work to ensure new features are production ready
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and other designers to help develop a design system and styling guidelines that represent VEG's brand identity for your products
  • Test and vet new AI design tools to help streamline design processes
  • Build interactive prototypes for solution validation

WHAT YOU NEED
  • 5-10 years of experience in UX/UI product design working on both browser-based and native mobile applications
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and experience in presenting research findings
  • Value efficiency with the use of design systems aligned with frontend framework
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, and Pendo.
  • Experience with AI design tools such as Stitch, Claude Design, or Figma Make.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Empathetic, instinctively taking a people-centric approach, whether supporting your colleagues or making an effort to understand different perspectives
  • Have a sense of humility; acknowledging mistakes, sharing credit with others, and lifting up your team's accomplishments
  • Feel a strong sense of ownership over your work, taking responsibility for outcomes and staying committed to achieving long-term, impactful results
  • Curious by nature; you ask insightful questions and continuously seek out opportunities to learn and grow your skills and knowledge

HOW WE INVEST IN YOU
  • Competitive Compensation Including $150,000 - $190,000 base salary + bonus + benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and access to free therapy or counseling

  • Unlimited PTO to use for vacation or sick days - however you need it!
  • Generous referral rewards, so our awesome people can bring in more awesome people.
