Full Job Description
Location: Canada, Remote

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for key initiatives, working on experiences that serve both retailers and their end-customers. You will be responsible for turning complex problems into clear, well-crafted, and intuitive solutions.
Day-to-day
  • Drive the design process: Own and execute on the end-to-end design for key product initiatives, delivering high-quality solutions for both retailers (merchants) and their end-customers (consumers).
  • Solve complex problems: Work through the entire design lifecycle, from discovery and research to detailed interaction and visual design, to create thoughtful and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely: Work in a close, collaborative partnership with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver features that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Uphold design quality: Act as a champion for design quality and consistency, leveraging and contributing to our design system to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Articulate your rationale: Clearly communicate your design concepts and rationale to your team and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve your work.
  • Support your teammates: Act as a role model for other designers, participating actively in design critiques and sharing your knowledge with the team.
