Job Description

As a Senior Product Associate in Marketing Automation Platforms, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Meet with business leads and stakeholders across the marketing organization to identify pain points, new functional requirements and strategic goals
  • Challenge current methods and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for growth.
  • Understand Adobe Workfront capabilities and limitations to help solution options.
  • Enhance communication between development and business leads so that "asks" and "solutions" are clearly understood by both sides.
  • Be a center for knowledge - have a deep curiosity about marketing operations and able to communicate what has been learned to other team members.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Worked with enterprise level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments.
  • Excellent communication skills comfortable talking to business leads at various levels while also being able to document requirements in formal agile story form.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Workfront.
  • Developed Business Process Maps in Visio and other like tools and be able to talk to the process.
  • Experience working in Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies and tools including JIRA.
  • A customer obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain good, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience in testing frameworks and new ideas across industries that directly relate to banking or financial services.
  • Able to develop workable solutions in a highly regulated environment.
  • A customer obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain good, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.
  • Experience managing products for technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities. Individual with good understanding of technologies including API, Microservices, AEM, Javascript, AWS, etc.
  • Adobe Workfront certification.
