What you will accomplish in this role

HCA Healthcare's Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) organization is seeking a Senior Product Analyst - AI Enablement to help translate emerging AI capabilities into safe, scalable products and workflows that create measurable enterprise value.

This senior individual contributor will operate at the intersection of product, AI, technology, and business, partnering with clinical, operational, engineering, and enterprise teams across the product lifecycle.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator and highly disciplined product practitioner who can turn ambiguity into clear requirements, maintain high-quality product documentation, and drive accountability across technical teams-including ensuring required engineering and product artifacts are completed and maintained.

What You Will Do

  • Lead discovery with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to identify user needs, workflow opportunities, and high-value AI use cases.
  • Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and backlog management.
  • Partner closely with low-code developers, engineering, and platform teams to design and deliver AI-enabled workflows and reusable capabilities.
  • Establish documentation expectations and ensure required product and engineering artifacts are complete, current, and submitted on time.
  • Plan MVPs, pilots, and experiments; define success criteria and feedback loops to validate value and readiness to scale.
  • Coordinate UAT, release readiness, dependencies, integrations, issue resolution, approvals, and operational handoffs.
  • Maintain strong product documentation, including requirements, decision logs, workflows, release notes, governance artifacts, and user guidance.
  • Partner with Security, Privacy, Responsible AI, and governance teams to address controls and requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs across adoption, usage, quality, safety, and business value.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly communicating priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions, and executive-ready status updates.
  • Support AI adoption through communications, training, office hours, user enablement, and structured feedback.
  • Contribute to AI Enablement standards, reusable patterns, playbooks, and lifecycle practices.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree - Required
  • Master's degree - Preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant digital product experience - Required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Strong experience writing product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements for developers and engineers.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and technical teams and driving accountability for required documentation and artifacts.
  • Strong Agile product delivery, backlog management, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with AI products, AI Enablement, generative AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI adoption - Strongly Preferred.
  • Healthcare or other large, regulated enterprise experience - Preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum (CSPO/CSM), PMP/CBAP, and/or AI/analytics certifications - Preferred.

  • Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)
  • Onsite: M-F, 8am - 5pm
