As Senior Procurement Manager, Construction, you will join Global Procurement, Construction & Energy Sourcing at the new Manufacturing facility in Virginia.

Behind every LEGO brick is a workplace, supplier relationship and plan that has to come together with care. The Indirect Materials & Services Procurement organization sources facilities, technology, professional services, travel, distribution and logistics. Together with Global Workplace colleagues, the team helps manufacturing locations grow responsibly, control risk and advance sustainability ambitions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Set procurement and construction roadmaps with global colleagues, Operations partners, market insight and business priorities.
  • Shape sourcing strategies and tender events that balance value, sustainability, risk and delivery certainty.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, AIA discussions, supplier performance and KPI follow-up with clear governance.
  • Develop supplier relationships that support productivity ideas, continuity planning and resilient project execution.
  • Share lessons learned, trend data and improvement actions across teams to build, rebuild and inspire better outcomes.


Do you have what it takes?
  • Procurement experience in industrial or manufacturing construction projects with scalable delivery needs.
  • Comfortable working across functions, cultures and matrixed organizations with clear, respectful communication.
  • Knowledge of contract management, tendering processes and AIA construction models.
  • Curious approach to change, with appetite to explore, experiment and learn.


Preferred
  • Exposure to transformation programs in a global business setting and shared ways of working.
  • Background in supply chain, procurement, construction management or related discipline.


Additional details on this position

This is a hybrid role based in Chester, Virginia, with no relocation support offered.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $128,542.00 - $192,812.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
