Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance required; must obtain TS/SCI with Poly for continued employment.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Bachelor's degree with 14 years or military aerospace technology experience, or a Master's degree with 12 years, or a PhD with 9 years of experience.
• Previous rated Pilot or Weapons System Officer experience, or 10 years in operational requirement programs.
• Three years of MAJCOM staff experience or equivalent (above Wing level).
• Five years of experience in Special Access Programs (SAP).
• Minimum of ten years' experience in A-A/A-G weapons, electronic warfare, or electronic countermeasure systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical advisor for PACAF/A8Z in program management and requirements definition.
• Provide operational and analytical support related to the USAF Requirements Process, especially Special Access Requirements.
• Interface regularly with various military and governmental organizations in support of PACAF/A8Z duties.
• Advise leadership on mission needs, requirements analysis, and technology insertion.
• Recommend and communicate policy changes as needed.
• Assist in drafting and implementing operational procedures and requirement documents.
• Represent PACAF in working groups, conferences, and meetings as designated.
