Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for the Senior Principal, Cyber Experience & AI Engagement. The role will be based in North America or Brazil J&J offices.
Position SummaryThe Senior Principal, Omnichannel Cyber Experience is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for reimagining how Johnson & Johnson employees engage with cybersecurity in the Age of AI.
This leader will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified digital cybersecurity experience that seamlessly connects AI assistants, web experiences, communications, knowledge, automation, and human support into an integrated omnichannel ecosystem.
Acting as the Product and Service Owner for Cyber Experience capabilities, this role will shape how more than 140,000 J&J workforce discover information, receive guidance, build cyber fluency, and take secure actions at the moments that matter most. Through the application of AI agents, intelligent content, behavioral insights, modern experience design, and data-driven decision making, this leader will help transform cybersecurity from a function employees seek out to an experience that proactively engages employees where they work.
The successful candidate is an innovative and intellectually curious leader who thrives in ambiguity, challenges conventional thinking, and can translate emerging technologies into practical solutions that drive measurable business value, employee engagement, and cyber risk reduction at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities- Product and Service Owner for Cyber Experience capabilities, owning strategy, roadmap, adoption, performance, governance, and continuous evolution of omnichannel cybersecurity experiences. Manage product backlogs, priorities, and investment decisions to align with organizational objectives. Champion innovation and best practices in digital product management, employee experience, and omnichannel engagement.
- Lead the strategy and evolution of AI-powered cybersecurity experiences, including concierge agents, intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, proactive guidance, and personalized employee interactions.
- Create personalized, context-aware experiences that connect employees with the right cybersecurity guidance, content, resources, or support at the right moment, through the right channel.
- Define enterprise content strategy, governance, taxonomy, delivery models, and lifecycle management to ensure employees receive trusted, relevant, and consistent cybersecurity guidance across all channels
- Define digital governance, standards, and operating models to ensure a consistent, scalable, and user-centric experience.
- Partner with cybersecurity, technology, communications, and business teams to prioritize, deliver, and optimize solutions.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization through change management, communications, and measurement strategies.
- Leverage analytics, user insights, and feedback to inform roadmap decisions and improve experience outcomes.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and reporting, communicating progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, platform leadership, cybersecurity services, knowledge management, employee experience, or related disciplines.
- Experience defining enterprise channel strategy, omnichannel customer or employee experience models, or digital engagement strategies across multiple channels.
- Experience leading digital product strategy across web, AI, workflow, communications, analytics, and self-service capabilities.
- Experience translating user needs, business drivers, and technology capabilities into scalable roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive influence skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Preferred- Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, knowledge management, or enterprise service delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, content ecosystems, self-service models, and AI-enabled solutions. Deep understanding of digital experience platforms, content strategy, customer or employee journey design, self-service ecosystems, behavioral science concepts, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, AI/Copilot platforms, ServiceNow, analytics platforms, or digital workplace technologies.
- Experience building content governance, information architecture, and taxonomy frameworks.
- Experience implementing GenAI, conversational AI, or knowledge discovery solutions at enterprise scale.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$137,000 - $236,325
