Develop and oversee comprehensive AI strategy frameworks aligned with business objectives Establish governance policies and standards to ensure ethical compliant and effective AI deployment Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions across various business units using AWS cloud technologies Monitor emerging AIML trends AWS advancements technologies and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions Drive thought leadership in AI strategy through research whitepapers and industry engagements Mentor and guide senior leaders and teams on AI governance best practices Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with corporate risk management data privacy requirements and AWS security best practices

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of enterprisewide AI and ML strategy and governance programs leveraging AWS capabilities Advise executive leadership on AI adoption risk mitigation compliance frameworks and cloud infrastructure strategies Define and implement AI governance structures including ethical guidelines and oversight committees Evaluate AI and ML project portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic priorities governance standards and AWS best practices Champion AI innovation by fostering collaboration between business technology compliance and cloud teams Represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions related to AI governance and cloud compliance Drive continuous improvement in AI strategy processes through feedback performance metrics and leveraging AWS tools and services
