Full Job Description
FLEX is looking for a Consultant that provides expert guidance to students and families throughout the college admissions process. This role combines hands-on student advising with strategic counselor operations and program delivery. This position is a full-time exempt position with hybrid opportunity based out of our Tustin office.

Our Counselors are responsible for helping students create competitive and strategic college applications to achieve their college admissions goals. They work with families, provide college essays, resume, and interview assistance, lead seminars, and give workshops on academic and extra-curricular strategies.

In addition to working directly with students and parents, Counselors work closely with the rest of the Admissions Consulting team to conduct research, exchange ideas, complete long-term projects and much more.

*Inter-Regional travel between Cupertino and Tustin office may be expected.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise students individually and in small groups on college selection, applications, essays, and extracurricular planning.
  • Develop customized completion timelines and track student progress through comprehensive session reports.
  • Provide online counseling, email progress updates, and lead seminars on admissions topics.
  • Onboard, train, and manage counselors, including mentorship, performance reviews, and staffing oversight.
  • Participate in hiring, personnel decisions, and resolution of customer concerns or case reassignments.
  • Contribute to FLEX events, workshops, and other cross-functional projects as needed.


Requirements

Salary Description

$115,000 annual
