Job Title
Senior Pricing Analyst

About your role:

You will learn the fundamentals of our business and apply this knowledge to support a range of channels and solutions across the Merchant Business. With a focus on building value, this role partners with pricing and finance colleagues as well as sales in structuring opportunities inclusive of solutions spanning the Fiserv enterprise. Structure and present financial deal proposals internally.

Review and support the creation & structure of pricing as well as the broader financial architecture and negotiation of business terms to ensure both customer needs are addressed as well as First Data's financial, risk and corporate policy requirements. Support the development of processes and tools to improve bid processes, efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do:

Assist with managing commercial aspects of small to large opportunities, including:
  • Comprehensive P&L
  • Support cost or deal optimization to improve Fiserv's win probability & financial results
  • Client negotiations
  • Support the identification, quantification and reporting of financial and commercial risks and risk mitigation associated with Management Committee opportunities.
  • Driving and enhancing Fiserv's deal pricing capabilities across the Global Pricing function, business units and geographies
  • Supporting the development of a Deal Pricing center of excellence supporting organizational process, tools and metrics best practices
  • Focus areas include: small to large deal reviews, new customer acquisition, retention/renewals and customer self-service, including pricing guidance and scoring
  • Reviewing deal pricing and financials; supporting cost or deal optimization to improve Fiserv's win probability and financial results
  • As required for small to large opportunities, capability to develop the pricing & financial solution; support Sales in the contract negotiation of financial and business terms.
  • Supporting compliance with Fiserv's deal governance requirements

Experience you'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of business experience

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Omaha, NE. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
