The Crown Is YoursAs a Senior Physical Security Operations Analyst, you'll analyze security performance data, identify operational gaps and vulnerabilities, investigate root causes, and lead the development and refinement of security operating procedures and related documentation. You'll work on complex analysis of security practice and data while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, compliance, and other teams to continuously strengthen our security posture.
What You'll DoReview alarm metrics, incident reports, operational data, and security KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in our security profile.
Conduct thorough investigations into security events and operational inefficiencies; develop and test potential solutions with minimal oversight.
Translate findings and investigations into updated SOPs, security procedures, and related documentation that reflect operational best practices and compliance requirements.
Partner with the Physical Security Lead, senior leadership, Compliance, and other stakeholders to validate findings, align on solutions, and ensure organizational adoption of new procedures.
Maintain detailed documentation of analyses, investigations, and recommendations; communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to improve response protocols and refine escalation pathways.
What You'll BringAt least 5 years of experience in physical security operations, security analysis, or related field such as law enforcement or corporate security.
Demonstrated ability to analyze security data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable improvements.
Experience with incident reporting systems, security compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), alarm management, or security metrics.
Strong communication skills with the ability to document procedures and findings clearly to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset; experience working across teams and with compliance/regulatory functions in fast-paced environments where discretion and accuracy are critical.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,300.00 USD - 110,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
