Senior Partner Sales Manager - Google Cloud (BFS, NYC Remote)
We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to accelerate growth with Google Cloud by driving strategic co-sell motions, industry alignment, joint go-to-market execution, and revenue growth across priority enterprise accounts. This is a highly visible role responsible for creating measurable business impact through the Google Cloud ecosystem. The Senior Partner Sales Manager serves as a strategic business leader responsible for growing EPAM's Google Cloud business through co-sell engagement, pipeline creation, marketplace acceleration, and executive relationship management. This individual will work closely with Google Cloud FSRs, PSMs, KADs, GCC, Industry Directors, Enterprise Sales Leaders, Customer Engineers, Co-Sell Leaders, and Partner Development Managers to identify, shape, and close opportunities across targeted industries and accounts. The ideal candidate combines alliance expertise, enterprise sales acumen, executive relationship skills, and a deep understanding of cloud transformation and Google Cloud's ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Own and execute Google Cloud growth strategy across assigned industries and geographies
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within Google Cloud sales, industry, alliance, and leadership organizations
Create and execute joint business plans aligned to Google Cloud priorities and market opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to Google Cloud field sellers and partner teams
Drive sourced, influenced, and co-sell pipeline generation with Google Cloud
Build and maintain a robust qualified opportunity pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual growth targets
Identify and pursue strategic enterprise opportunities across Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI, Generative AI, Security, Application Modernization, and Industry Solutions
Accelerate Google Cloud Marketplace opportunities and consumption-based engagements
Support opportunity strategy, account planning, and executive deal orchestration
Align EPAM capabilities with Google Cloud industry priorities across Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Energy & Utilities
Collaborate with industry leaders to build differentiated offerings and solution accelerators
Develop industry-specific value propositions and customer success stories
Build trusted relationships with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), Key Account Directors (KADs), Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Enterprise Account Executives, Industry Managing Directors, Customer Engineering Leaders, Co-Sell Leaders, and Regional Sales Directors
Facilitate executive alignment between EPAM and Google Cloud leadership teams
Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and executive governance meetings
Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences
Drive utilization of Google funding programs including MDF, PPF, DAF, PSF, RAMP, and related investment mechanisms
Support development of joint thought leadership and industry-focused market campaigns
Educate EPAM sales teams on Google Cloud priorities, programs, incentives, and GTM plays
Support account mapping and opportunity planning across strategic accounts
Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and industry teams to ensure alignment and execution
Act as the voice of Google Cloud internally and the voice of EPAM within Google
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of enterprise technology sales, partner sales, alliances, or business development experience
5+ years working directly with Google Cloud or hyperscaler ecosystems
Demonstrated success driving cloud-related revenue growth and pipeline generation
Experience selling or influencing consulting services, managed services, cloud transformation, or technology solutions
Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
Proven ability to build trusted relationships across complex matrixed organizations
Nice to have
Experience within a global systems integrator, consulting firm, cloud partner, or technology services organization
Knowledge of Google Cloud Partner Advantage and Marketplace programs
Understanding of cloud consumption models and partner economics
Familiarity with Data & AI, Generative AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Application Modernization solution areas
Industry expertise in one or more strategic vertical markets
