This expert will maintain overarching performance awareness across all contract workstreams, managing executive relationships, corporate bench strength, and delivery continuity without creating operational vulnerabilities.

Principal Responsibilities- Provide executive-level contract oversight, defining corporate delivery benchmarks and driving strategic program health across all Tasks under the SOW.
- Serve as the definitive escalation resolution point and primary corporate interface for senior customer engagement, establishing top-tier client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive corporate resource support, proactively managing bench configurations and driving talent acquisition pipelines to meet shifting surge requirements.
- Formulate and implement enterprise governance structures, ensuring contract activities align smoothly with federal acquisition regulations and agency protocols.
- Lead high-stakes strategic alignment initiatives with senior agency leadership, translating complex programmatic hurdles into clear executive updates.
- Oversee corporate control frameworks monitoring multi-vendor cost allocations, subcontractor performance tracking, and integrated contract schedules.
- Enforce rigorous quality-control and risk mitigation governance, safeguarding absolute delivery integrity for high-visibility statistical datasets.
- Steer post-award corporate commitments, ensuring rapid implementation of contract closeouts, transition structures, and task order extensions.
Core Data & Architecture Capabilities- Expert level knowledge of corporate contract governance, strategic forecasting models, and large-scale delivery management frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise analytics toolsets, BI environments, and statistical data engineering principles utilizing Tableau, SAS, SQL, and associated architectures.
- Functional understanding of federal web architectures, Drupal content infrastructures, and secure application development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Experience directing performance tracking and financial optimization for hybrid contract financing models, including Firm Fixed Price and Labor Hour contract line items.
Governance, Clearance & Government Infrastructure- Comprehensive mastery in governing the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), sensitive but unclassified records, and strict PII/SPII privacy frameworks.
- Direct experience operating inside federal contracting parameters, GSA MAS task orders, and FAR-based compliance landscapes.
- Familiarity with federal enterprise architecture guidelines, Section 508 accessibility baselines, and mandatory agency security awareness protocols.
Preferred Domain Expertise- Direct experience overseeing statistical, data-intensive, or professional-services programs for DHS, CBP, ICE, USCIS, Census, DOJ, or HHS.
