Sr. Partner Marketing Manager.
About the job This position is needed toscale our partner ecosystem and drive regional pipeline growth through joint co-marketing strategies and through-partner execution.
In this role, you will develop data-driven co-marketing plans with strategic partners, build scalable demand-generation programs, and align internal sales teams with external partner leadership. You will serve as the strategic bridge driving co-selling motions, managing operational budgets, enforcing lead governance, and tracking partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth across the enterprise cloud and SaaS ecosystem.
Responsibilities In this role, you'll:
- Develop data-driven multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint GTM strategies with strategic partners to hit regional pipeline targets.
- Execute targeted account-mapping using platforms like Crossbeam to drive custom 1:1 ABM campaigns for elite partners and scalable digital toolkits for broader partner networks.
- Co-create compelling "better together" messaging, solution briefs, and branded assets with Product Marketing to showcase joint value propositions.
- Orchestrate high-velocity field campaigns, executive roundtables, workshops, and sponsorship presence at major industry flagship events to source new logos.
- Deliver turn-key, through-partner demand-generation programs and drive partner adoption of the Twilio Partner Portal for self-service execution.
- Equip partner sales and BDR teams with custom outreach playbooks, script templates, and email sequences to ensure rapid campaign follow-up.
- Enforce strict lead-routing governance rules and follow-up SLAs to minimize channel conflict and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Manage partner marketing operational budgets, ensuring fiscal compliance and optimal ROI across co-marketing investments.
- Track and report on Partner-Sourced and Partner-Influenced pipeline performance within Salesforce (SFDC) for regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

*Required:- Full-time remote work schedule.6-8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation within the enterprise cloud or SaaS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record of co-marketing success with major cloud vendors, GSIs, SIs, or ISVs.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and account-mapping platforms (e.g., Crossbeam).
- Strong analytical ability to manage operational budgets, enforce lead routing SLAs, and measure pipeline attribution/ROI.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across sales, product marketing, and partner executive teams.
Desired:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience delivering tailored Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks and field events (CXO roundtables, executive dinners) for partner ecosystems.
Location This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15-20% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $128,000 - $160,000.
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location
