Position Overview:Technical & Engineering Consulting is seeking a Senior Parenteral Inspection Technology Specialist to provide expert support for inspection engineering and operational initiatives. The resource will lead implementation of new inspection technologies, support product transfers, optimize inspection systems, and drive process improvements in sterile and biologics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead development, implementation, and optimization of parenteral inspection technologies.
- Support product transfers and execute line trials for inspection systems.
- Troubleshoot inspection equipment and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Drive process improvements and support validation activities related to inspection systems.
- Manage inspection-related projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Extensive experience with parenteral inspection systems and sterile/biologics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of inspection technologies, equipment validation, and line trial execution.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
