Description & RequirementsManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Software Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform high-level engineering tasks including system architecture, detailed design, and complex testing for product development and service areas.
- Plan and conduct R & D projects. Lead functional teams, providing guidance to technical staff and ensuring conformance to design specifications.
- Interpret internal/external business issues to recommend best practices. Anticipate potential objections from stakeholders and influence others to adopt new viewpoints or technical directions.
- Analyze existing products and processes to recommend enhancements that improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Use software development technologies to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and external development partners.
- Participates in large system and subsystem planning.
- Research and integrate design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
- Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
Minimum Qualifications:- BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming languages
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries
- Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications
- Proficient in SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Air Force
- Experience with DOD/Government
- Security + or CSSLP
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance suitability
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and government stakeholders, which may involve delivering technical presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $105,900.00-$177,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
