Senior or Principal PlannerWhat You Will Do- Provides day-to-day project leadership
- Ensures timely processing and completion of development review applications
- Demonstrates continuous and measurable efforts to improve operations and procedures
- Interprets and administers provisions of Town's Land Management Ordinance development-type applications
- Leads interdisciplinary project teams on complex planning initiatives
- Makes decisions, clarifies issues according to the LMO and Comprehensive Plan and answers inquiries;
- Establish on-going relationships with Town staff, the news media, the general public, and community, state, and national organizations
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's license
- AICP certified preferred
