The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, leveraging data to drive business decisions, and ensuring operational excellence across key production functions. This role partners closely with executive leadership to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and develop scalable processes that support business objectives.

Essential functions:

Supervisor Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities with managerial oversight and direction from the Director of Operations.

Salary Description

$110,000.00
