The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00

As Sr. Manager of the TSYS and FiServ teams
, you'll be responsible for Target's RedCard system of record and managing a critical vendor relationship. You will lead a team of SME's who manage all TSYS configuration and development for Target and ensure strong health of the partnership with the vendor. You'll collaborate with leaders across the organization and your team to bring new initiatives and capabilities to life while maintaining existing, run the business functionality. You'll establish strong relationships with all areas of FRS and with other enterprise partners such as Target Tech, Security, and Compliance.
As a Senior Manager of the TSYS team, you'll take the lead as you work with stakeholders to understand business problems and partner with teams to determine solutions, manage cross-team dependencies and drive conflict resolution to meet deadlines, engage your team in performance and career development discussions to advance and grow skillsets, promote a learning culture and identify skill gaps, be available for escalation or to help remove obstacles.

About you:- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading a team through strategic development and day-to-day business
- Ability to lead change, establish direction and work through conflict and setbacks

- Experience leading business critical vendor relationships
