Position Summary:As the Senior Operations Leader for ExamOne's Canadian operations, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of phlebotomy and health collection services. This role is responsible for scaling a high-performing network of 30+ regular status employees and 400 contingent on-call resource pool located across Canada to achieve aggressive growth, financial and customer satisfaction targets. You will serve as the primary liaison between ExamOne Canada and LifeLabs (a leading Canadian laboratory diagnostics company) and the US-based mobile phlebotomy leaders, and Canadian commercial sales ensuring seamless operational excellence. This role will effectively and closely collaborate with key internal partners/stakeholders and strategic customers. This role is located in the Toronto, Canada metro area.

What You'll Do:- Strategic Operational Leadership: Direct all Canadian phlebotomy and health collection operations, ensuring 100% compliance with provincial healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Financial & Business Performance: Own the Canadian P&L; drive business growth and customer retention while meeting or exceeding revenue, OM and other key metrics.
- Strategic Partnerships: Act as the lead operational stakeholder in the LifeLabs partnership and collaborate with the Canada Sales Team to onboard new accounts and optimize service delivery.
- Account & Customer Excellence: Lead the account management and customer service teams to maintain high satisfaction scores and resolve complex service escalations.
- Network & Resource Management: Manage a dual-model workforce consisting of 30+ full-time employees and an expansive network of mobile/contract resources, optimizing staffing models and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce turnaround times, and drive operational innovation across the mobile network.
What You'll Bring:Required Qualifications:- Experience: 8+ years of senior operations leadership in the Canadian healthcare or laboratory services sector.
- Network Expertise: Proven track record managing mobile phlebotomy or decentralized healthcare networks across multiple provinces.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, particularly with third-party lab partners like LifeLabs.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience in budget development, P&L management, and growth-oriented operational scaling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bi-lingual English/French preferred.
- Laboratory & Phlebotomy skills and experience.
- Experience working in large Canadian / U.S. companies.
- Experience in the Life Insurance industry.

What We Offer:Salary range: $112,565 - $143,520 annually (commensurate with experience).
