What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Navy Lifecycle Sustainment Consultant to support a Department of the Navy client. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary, high-impact team supporting the client to achieve and sustain Navy sustainment excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with colleagues in support of US Navy client missions
  • Develop and improve processes related to lifecycle-sustainment
  • Interface with senior government clients in formal and informal briefings and feedback sessions


What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • FOUR (4) or more years of professional experience supporting federal contracts


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Understanding of US Navy lifecycle-sustainment principles
  • Familiarity with workflow analysis and process improvement methods
  • Prior US Navy consulting experience
  • Experience with major weapon systems programs


The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
