Senior Mission Systems Logistics Integrator

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Senior Mission Systems Logistics Integrator to join the Air Dominance Proprietary 2 team in Hazelwood, Missouri.

This role is responsible for integrating logistics considerations into mission systems development from concept through delivery, ensuring supportability, maintainability, training, provisioning, and sustainment requirements are addressed early and continuously throughout the program lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep experience working on military aircraft with a strong understanding of logistics planning, sustainment engineering, support equipment, technical data, and lifecycle readiness for development programs.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead logistics integration activities for mission systems on military development programs
  • Ensure logistics requirements are incorporated into system design, verification, and sustainment planning
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, supply chain, manufacturing, training, field service, and customer support teams
  • Develop and maintain supportability analyses, logistics plans, and life-cycle sustainment strategies
  • Coordinate provisioning, spares planning, support equipment, technical publications, training, and maintenance concepts
  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and technical reviews throughout the development lifecycle
  • Evaluate design changes for impact to supportability, maintainability, affordability, and readiness
  • Interface with government customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics and sustainment issues
  • Develop deliverables such as logistics requirements, supportability analyses, sustainment metrics, and readiness assessments
  • Support transition from development to production and fielding, ensuring a smooth logistics handoff
  • Identify risks and mitigations related to sustainment, supply support, maintenance, and operational availability
  • Assist in the development of depot, organizational, and intermediate-level maintenance concepts as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with military standards, contract requirements, and program-specific logistics processes


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience supporting the maintenance and sustainment of logistics support tools and associated support elements
  • Direct experience supporting development programs for military platforms
  • Strong understanding of military logistics processes and lifecycle support for defense systems
  • Experience coordinating across multi-functional teams in a program or systems engineering environment
  • Familiarity with supportability tools and processes such as provisioning, LORA, maintenance planning, reliability-centered support, and technical data development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment with evolving requirements


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience supporting mission systems, avionics, weapons integration, or platform-level mission equipment
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD and DoD logistics/sustainment requirements
  • Experience with military airworthiness, product support strategy, or sustainment certification processes
  • Familiarity with depot activation, fielding, training development, and spares planning
  • Experience with government/customer reviews such as IBRs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, or sustainment-related gate reviews
  • Prior work on fixed-wing, rotorcraft, unmanned, or naval defense systems
