Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in underground material handling for potash/polyhalite.
• Provide technical guidance for high-complexity large projects.
• Evaluate and specify mining engineered systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on project needs.
• Engage in project requirement meetings and perform value analysis.
• Lead constructability reviews for project efficiency.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control assessments for projects.
• Develop new standards and specifications for the mining division.
• Review project scope, budgets, and designs for all project sizes.
• Review proposals for various mining projects.
