Position Summary...As a Senior Merchant over Pet Services at Walmart, you will lead category strategy and financial management for a complex portfolio, driving customer-centric decisions across multiple channels. This role involves managing supplier relationships, pricing, promotions, and inventory to optimize profitability and customer experience. You will oversee team performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data insights to inform strategic initiatives. What you'll do...- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive long-term business growth and profitability.
- Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and oversee supplier performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Own pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to optimize customer experience and competitive positioning.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to support merchandising, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
