The Opportunity

Play a key role in shaping high-performance, sustainable buildings across the GTA. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer within our Property & Buildings M&E team, you will lead complex HVAC and plumbing designs, influence multidisciplinary project outcomes, and mentor the next generation of engineers-while working on some of the most technically advanced facilities in Canada.

This role is based in Thornhill or Downtown Toronto.
Your Impact
  • Lead the mechanical design of HVAC, heating/cooling plants, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new and retrofit projects.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
