Position Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems, components, and equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software and engineering tools
  • Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate designs and ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and performance standards
  • Produce technical drawings, specifications, repair procedures, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to support production, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct prototype testing, collect data, and evaluate product performance
  • Research new materials, methods, and technologies to enhance product performance and efficiency
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and industry standards


Position Requirements

Qualifications:
