Full Job Description
Wealthfront is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to elevate our paid partnerships strategy and accelerate customer acquisition. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of defining strategic focus areas, building actionable roadmaps, developing business cases, negotiating agreements and scaling high-performing partner channels. You will also expand Wealthfront's acquisition strategy into new sources of distribution.

We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments-someone who combines strategic vision with operational resourcefulness to drive net-new client growth while streamlining internal workflows.

This role reports directly to a Director of Paid Marketing. You'll work closely with other members of the paid marketing team, and partners across the company in Product Marketing, Creative, Comms, DS and Engineering, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Partnership Roadmap: Develop and execute a data-driven strategy aligned with overall growth targets and business objectives across affiliates, creators, and other emerging partnership models
  • Identify & Evaluate Opportunities: Source and vet prospective partners, creators, affiliate platforms, and media publishers based on audience alignment, brand fit, and strategic business priorities
  • Develop Business Case: Size new opportunities, evaluate partnership economics and acquisition potential, and develop clear recommendations on opportunities
  • Relationship Management: lead contract negotiations & establish payout models. Build seamless onboarding workflows, briefing documents, creative guidelines, and compliance standards for all paid partners & cultivate long-term relationships with top-performing partners
  • Cross-Functional collaboration with internal Creative, Legal, Product Marketing, Comms and Paid Marketing teams to ensure brand alignment, legal compliance (e.g., disclosure rules), and message consistency
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate performance, regularly analyze campaign metrics to double down on winning channels and sunset underperforming deals, and socialize learnings internally. Drive flawless end-to-end execution
  • Help build the marketing org's skillset, contributing to a culture of excellence, curiosity, and respect

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 6+ years of experience across strategic partnerships, business development, growth marketing or customer acquisition in a B2C environment (consumer tech experience with a high growth company is a plus) with demonstrated success of scaling programs
  • 4+ years experience managing partnerships or affiliates, ideally with 2+ years hand-on experience, and a strong expertise in full-funnel marketing measurement
  • Experience structuring partnership economics, developing business cases and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Proven examples of impactful projects translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Personal finance knowledge/experience is a big bonus, but not required
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required

Estimated annual salary range: $148,000 - $162,710 USD plus Equity.

Plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), generous time off, parental leave, wellness reimbursements, professional development, an employee investing discount, and more!
