As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a strategic and execution-focused role, partnering closely with business stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that align to firm priorities and drive revenue growth.
You'll translate business objectives and market insights into compelling campaigns, managing end-to-end execution across digital, content, and client engagement channels, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand positioning. The role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating across cross-functional and matrix teams, and overseeing campaign performance, budgets, and optimization to deliver measurable outcomes. - Develops a deep understanding of priority business areas, market themes and client issues to create compelling, consistent narratives that address clients' most critical concerns and support PwC's position in the market
- Understands and applies stakeholder business plans to develop and maintain marketing plans based on strategic goals, priorities and objectives
- Manages key stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Works with a cross functional marketing and sales team to develop high quality, marketing campaigns that raise awareness and PwC's position in the market
- Identifies and builds connected client journeys including defining target clients, buyers, and audience segmentation
- Oversees editorial calendar to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
- Writing content for a variety of external communications, online advertising, and select internal communications
- Collaboratively develops campaign strategy and tactics to deliver on agreed upon metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reviews past campaign performance & recommend improvements
- Liaises with external agencies and vendors including ad agencies and identifies areas to optimize campaigns and spend
- Monitors CRM and identifies opportunities to build campaigns that support all dimensions of the buyer journey
- Effectively manages and monitors marketing budgets, aligning investment with strategic objectives to support efficient allocation of resources and measurable impact
- Planning and often managing event logistics, including invitation development and distribution, registration management, seating plans, event team liaison, list management, presentation development, ROI metrics, and other related support as needed

- Considerable relevant professional experience in digital marketing, thought leadership, and B2B marketing
- Working experience in developing strategic marketing plans and budgets
- Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in a cross-functional, matrix team setting and demonstrated strong leadership skills, marketing and business acumen
- Function in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, track and deliver measurable outcomes, and drive innovation to elevate the team
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud an asset
- An innovative problem solver comfortable proposing new ideas and solutions
- Proven background in quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven effectiveness working with virtual teams across different geographic areas
This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $148,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
