Full Job Description
Are you ready to lead EGFR lung cancer marketing that accelerates impact for patients and strengthens our market leadership?

Based in Gaithersburg, Maryland and reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in a high-performing franchise with a deep pipeline and bold ambitions.

This is a chance to develop the strategy and execution for key launches, alongside other brands in our pipeline. You will build and deliver commercial launch plans, monitor business performance, and turn scientific insights into measurable market outcomes. Can you combine rigorous evidence with creative, Digital First tactics that scale across channels?

You will join an agile team that values fast learning, smart risk-taking, and cross-functional partnership. Working closely with brand leaders, field teams, and our Agency of Record, you will bring clarity to complex markets, challenge assumptions with data, and deliver assets and initiatives that change the trajectory of our franchise.
Accountabilities:
  • Brand Strategy Implementation: Implement the lung cancer brand strategy through the design and delivery of impactful tactics that drive adoption and differentiation.
  • AI Driven Asset Development: Create derivative materials from the CVA-leave-behinds, RTEs, flash cards, speaker decks, NPP assets, and more-grounded in scientific evidence and market research, consistently applying a Digital First approach to increase reach and relevance.
  • Tactical Execution: Advance and implement robust tactical plans for NPP activities and digital initiatives across the lung portfolio, increasing scale, team member engagement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Feedback Integration: Assemble and integrate feedback from brand and field teams to continually refine asset development and campaign execution, improving effectiveness over time.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Partner across Marketing to disseminate protocols, drive innovation through AI initiatives, and strengthen collaboration across brands for system-level impact.
  • Budget and KPI Management: Oversee budgets and KPI tracking for projects in partnership with the Agency of Record, ensuring disciplined investment and performance transparency.
  • Project Leadership and Influence: Lead project teams effectively, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions that accelerate delivery and impact.
  • Ad Board Leadership: Facilitate and lead Advisory Boards with external stakeholders, translating insights into clear strategic direction and actionable programs.
  • AI Literacy: Generate AI-driven content for assigned Lung Cancer Franchise brands in alignment with our Customer 2030 ambition, advancing personalization and speed to market.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or business rigor.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Marketing Excellence: Experience in market-focused roles, including leadership of agency partners to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • AI Project Delivery: Proven track record of leading and delivering AI driven marketing projects that generate measurable customer impact within pharmaceutical environments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated expertise in NPP and personal promotion activities, including external stakeholder management with healthcare professionals.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Learning and Adaptability: High learning agility and adaptability in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Performance Track Record: Strong history of delivering high performance and results.
  • Leadership and Culture: Demonstrates strong leadership behaviors and a positive cultural attitude.
  • Customer-facing Expertise: Experience in customer-facing roles is highly valuable (through commercial functions Sales, Access, etc.)
  • Oncology Knowledge: Previous experience within oncology is highly desirable.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from US $151,081 & $226,622. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
