Full Job Description
Position Overview

We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join the Endpoints News marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you're responsible for translating strategy into high-quality, on-time campaign delivery across three core revenue areas: subscriptions, event marketing, and sales enablement.

This role touches every part of how we go to market: from building, writing and deploying email campaigns, to producing sales collateral and media kits, to managing daily social media and supporting event promotion. You'll work directly in our ESP, CRM, analytics, and project management platforms every day, and serve as a reliable partner to Sales, Events, Editorial, and Client Success.

The ideal candidate communicates proactively and brings marketing knowledge and instinct to whatever's in front of them - whether that's a campaign send, a sales deck, or a social post.

Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing
  • Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across Endpoints' virtual and hybrid event portfolio, from planning through post-event reporting.
  • Manage all operational details: cross-team coordination, list pulls, copywriting and assembly, scheduling, QA, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Events team on asset needs, deadlines, and registration goals; flag risks early and keep campaigns on track.
  • Track registration performance across events and compile data into clear, actionable reports.
  • Support promotional strategy for flagship events including E11 and our annual Top 100 recognition program.

Brand Partnerships and Sales Enablement
  • Produce and maintain sales collateral, media kits, sponsorship one-pagers, and event sales kits; keep assets current, accurate, and easy for Sales to deploy.
  • Build new materials from scratch when needed, not just maintain existing templates.
  • Contribute to client-facing materials for Client Success as needed.
  • Partner with Sales on turnaround-sensitive requests, understanding that speed and quality both matter here.

Subscriptions and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Build and deploy segmented email campaigns supporting acquisition and lifecycle marketing across free, paid, and enterprise subscription tiers.
  • Maintain audience lists and segmentation infrastructure to ensure campaigns reach the right readers.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives, managing setup, tracking, and data capture, and compile results into clear summaries.
  • Support multi-channel audience growth through daily social media management, paid promotions, and other emerging tactics as the program evolves.

Qualifications
Required
  • 4 -6 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with hands-on campaign execution experience. Preference for B2B event marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with email marketing platforms; Campaign Monitor strongly preferred.
  • Comfort interpreting and analyzing campaign data with working knowledge of GA4.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with tools like Notion, Asana, or similar.
  • Excellent written communication skills. You can write a high-performing marketing email and a clear Slack message with equal ease.
  • Strong eye for visual appeal, especially in client and sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Highly responsive communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of projects
  • High proficiency with Google Slides.
Preferred
  • Experience in a subscription-based media, publishing, or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with the biopharma or life sciences industry.
  • Exposure to sales enablement, advertising operations, or client-facing marketing support.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate campaign analysis, copy development, or list management. We're actively building AI into how this team works and want someone excited to grow with it.
What Success Looks Like

Within six months, you'll be running a high volume of campaigns without things falling through the cracks, producing clean performance reports, and operating as a dependable partner that internal teams count on.

The person who thrives in this role communicates clearly, sweats the details, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.
