Senior Manufacturing Manager
Position Responsibilities: - Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3+ years of experience working as a leader or manager
- 3+ years of experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people on production and development programs
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional and Lean+ projects
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to work any shift, as needed, as business conditions change
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Active Security clearance preferred
