Long DescriptionWhat you can look forward to as a Manufacturing Engineer:- Ensure the changes to enhance the machine functionality.
- Lead projects to continuously improve and upgrade equipment.
- Lead complex projects to troubleshoot and solve errors and problems on production equipment.
- Analyze and plan work force utilization; space requirements; workflow; and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Participates in departmental meetings.
- Confers with manufacturing engineers and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
- Validates the development of product specifications for the purchase of equipment, materials, tooling, fixturing or parts, according to specifications and quality standards.
- Consult the engineering team about potential suppliers for production equipment, tooling and fixturing and contributes to the final technical choice.
- Evaluate and assist in the evolution of the equipment and performs acceptance evaluation according to specification.
- Validate production times, staffing requirements and related costs of production equipment to provide information for management decisions.
Your profile as a Manufacturing Engineer:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 7+ years of experience and leading technical projects
- Ability to train others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven communication skills both verbal and written.
- Expert-level knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Engineering.
- Experience with customer communication systems.
- Extensive experience with engineering change systems.
- In-depth knowledge of company products and services acquired through experience and training.
- In-depth understanding of engineering techniques, principles, procedures of their particular field to the completion of difficult assignments.
