Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Responsibilities:- Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and production staff
Skills:As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will utilize your strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems to design and implement efficient and effective production processes. You will use your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
