Qualifications

• US citizenship and active secret level clearance required.
• Master's degree with 12+ years in missile defense or large DoD program, or BA/BS with 20+ years in lieu of the advanced degree.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel with advanced functions and data management skills.
• Experience in resource planning and tracking within complex environments.
• Familiarity with database systems, preferably PRIDE and ORBIT.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower resources for MDA's Engineering functional organization.
• Lead Position Data Manager and Employee Life Cycle Manager actions in MDA's ORBIT system.
• Create and update position information with detailed justifications for actions.
• Oversee incoming personnel and modifications in the engineering manpower system.
• Coordinate with government representatives to address civilian personnel issues.
• Analyze and run reports in the Defense Agencies Initiative system and assist with timecard submissions.
