About the Opportunity - Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience:

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience to own and evolve Employ's web presence across our Lever, JazzHR, Jobvite, and Employ web domains. This role will lead the strategy, performance, and continuous optimization of our web ecosystem, ensuring our sites effectively engage buyers, communicate value, and drive conversion across the funnel. Reporting to the VP, Growth, you will be responsible for how our brands show up on the web end-to-end, from content and navigation to SEO/GEO, site architecture, and conversion rate optimization. This is a highly visible, team management role with the opportunity to transform our web experience into a true, future-forward growth engine, partnering closely with Content, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Ops.

About the Team:

The Web team sits within Growth Marketing and is responsible for turning Employ's web ecosystem into a high-performing growth engine. It owns the strategy, performance, and optimization of the Lever, JazzHR, Jobvite, and Employ websites, ensuring they effectively attract, engage, and convert buyers while driving measurable pipeline impact. This team is particularly focused on two critical areas of growth: conversion rate optimization

(CRO) and AI-driven discoverability. Through continuous testing, experimentation, user experience improvements, SEO, GEO, and emerging AI search strategies, the Web team helps ensure our brands are easy to find, easy to understand, and designed to convert in an increasingly AI-powered buying landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Web Strategy & Roadmap: Own the vision and roadmap for all four web domains (Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite), aligning web strategy to business goals, buyer journeys, and pipeline targets.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Drive a rigorous, data-driven approach to improving conversion across the funnel, including landing pages, site flows, and key conversion paths.

  • SEO & GEO Strategy: Own organic growth strategy, including technical SEO and on-page optimization. Have a deep focus on AEO & GEO approaches to ensure visibility in modern search experiences.

  • Content & Messaging on Web: Partner with Product Marketing and Content to ensure site content is clear, compelling, and aligned to target audiences and buying stages.

  • Information Architecture & Navigation: Continuously refine site structure, navigation, and user flows to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

  • Multi-Brand Web Management: Ensure each brand is distinct while maintaining consistency and scalability across the broader web ecosystem.

  • Experimentation & Testing: Build and scale a culture of testing (A/B, multivariate), using data and insights to inform ongoing optimization.

  • Performance & Analytics: Define and track key web KPIs (traffic quality, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution) and use these insights to drive ongoing decisions.

  • Web Development Oversight: Oversee development and technical execution, ensuring the site is functioning well, scalable, and aligned with modern best practices.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech. (HR tech experience is a plus!)

  • Web Ownership: Proven experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, including strategy design, execution, and performance optimization.

  • CRO Expertise: Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing, optimization, and user behavior insights.

  • Organic Growth: Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, with awareness of emerging trends like AI-driven search and GEO.

  • Content & UX Sensibility: Strong instincts for content, messaging, and user experience, with the ability to improve clarity and engagement.

  • Experience with Team and Agency Management: Demonstrated success managing internal teams as well as external agencies, consultants, and vendors across SEO/GEO and digital marketing initiatives, including setting strategy, evaluating performance, prioritizing work, and ensuring accountability against business outcomes.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with analytics tools and using data to inform decisions and prioritize work.

  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with web development, platforms like Vercel & Sanity, and reporting tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Prompt Watch.

  • Proactive Operator: Self-starter who identifies opportunities and drives improvements without needing direction.

  • Deep Experimentation Mindset: Strong bias toward testing, learning, and iterating quickly.

  • Experience in Multi-Brand or Complex Environments (Nice to Have): Experience managing multiple sites or brands within a single ecosystem.
