Position Summary...
As the Senior Manager of Transformation Portfolio Strategy & Activation, you operate at the intersection of clinical strategy and enterprise execution. Reporting to the Medical Affairs Director, you are responsible for translating complex clinical data, medical insights, and business priorities into scalable programs, products, and capabilities.
In this role, you own the end-to-end activation of a portfolio of transformation initiatives-from concept through implementation-ensuring clinical integrity is maintained while achieving alignment with organizational goals. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role for a strategic operator with a clinical background (PharmD, RN/NP, or MD/DO) who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver measurable impact within a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.

What you'll do...
  • Own Portfolio Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, from clinical concept and business case development through go-live and field activation.
  • Drive Insights & Decision-Making: Conduct clinical literature reviews, market research, and continuous environmental scans to generate actionable insights that inform the broader business strategy.
  • Design Programs & Capabilities: Shape and implement new programs, products, services, and capabilities, leveraging enterprise data and infrastructure to improve health outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Develop Roadmaps & Enablement Plans: Build robust business cases, capability roadmaps, operational readiness plans, and change management materials to ensure successful execution in the field.
  • Translate Ideas into Deliverables: Act as the primary architect for the portfolio, turning abstract medical and business concepts into high-quality technical assets, frameworks, and decks.
  • Lead Performance & Optimization: Define and track KPIs and success metrics, utilizing data to continuously evaluate and improve portfolio performance and clinical impact.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build influential relationships with operational partners and external stakeholders to ensure cross-functional buy-in and seamless program integration.


What You'll Bring
  • Clinical Expertise: An advanced clinical degree (PharmD, BSN/RN, NP, MD, or DO) with the ability to synthesize complex medical information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Transformation & Innovation Experience: Proven background in strategy, innovation, or healthcare program development, preferably within a retail or large-scale healthcare environment.
  • Strategic & Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating raw data and clinical research into insights that support business initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Prior work experience in data utilization.
Prior work experience in client-facing roles.
3 years' managerial experience.
Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure.
