Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product Owner, Marketing Workbench(AI Next Frontier) within the Content & Marketing Experiences Product Group of Innovative Medicine Technology (IMT) NA & GCSO to be located in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.

As the Technical Product Owner for Marketing Workbench, you will lead one of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's most strategic digital transformation initiatives. Marketing Workbench is a flagship product within the AI Next Frontier (AINF) portfolio designed to transform the end-to-end commercial marketing lifecycle through a unified AI-powered experience. The product brings together insights generation, content planning and creation, review and approval workflows, performance optimization, and AI-driven decision support into a seamless experience that enables marketers to move from insight to action while increasing speed, effectiveness, and business impact.

The Workbench serves as the central experience through which commercial marketing teams engage with AI-powered capabilities, enterprise data, intelligent agents, and cross-functional workflows. Through agentic workflows, intelligent automation, integrated decision support, and connected user experiences, the product will help redefine how marketers plan, create, optimize, and execute commercial strategies at scale while enabling the next generation of AI-powered ways of working across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

As Product Owner, you will define the technology strategy, product roadmap, and delivery priorities for Marketing Workbench, partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into scalable, AI-enabled product capabilities. You will drive adoption, innovation, and continuous evolution of one of Johnson & Johnson's most visible AI-enabled products while delivering measurable business value.

This role requires a unique combination of product leadership, business transformation expertise, technical acumen, AI fluency, and cross-functional influence. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging technologies and experienced in translating complex business challenges into scalable digital products that drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and evolve the technology strategy, product roadmap, and lifecycle management for Marketing Workbench.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, user needs, and future-state ways of working, translating those objectives into a cohesive product roadmap.
  • Translate business priorities, future-state operating models, and user needs into scalable product capabilities that accelerate commercial marketing transformation and enable new AI-powered ways of working.
  • Define technology investments, product capabilities, and experience enhancements that enable measurable business outcomes and long-term scalability.
  • Establish and measure key product outcomes, adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and value realization.


Product Ownership & Delivery
  • Serve as Product Owner for Marketing Workbench, responsible for backlog management, feature prioritization, requirements definition, release planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including user research, journey mapping, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
  • Translate business objectives, user requirements, and operational goals into scalable product capabilities, technical requirements, and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Balance business priorities, user needs, technical feasibility, risk, and long-term product strategy when making roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs.


AI-Powered Workflow Innovation & Technical Leadership
  • Lead the design and evolution of AI-enabled workflows that connect insights, content planning, content creation, review and approval processes, analytics, and decision support into a seamless marketer experience.
  • Define how intelligent agents, workflow orchestration, enterprise data, and AI-powered capabilities work together to enable marketers to move seamlessly from insight to action.
  • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and workflow transformation across the commercial marketing lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Privacy, and AI teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Establish the capabilities, integrations, and technical foundations required to deliver a unified marketing experience across the broader AI Next Frontier ecosystem.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, responsible AI principles, privacy requirements, security expectations, and compliance obligations.


Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, Content Management, Experience Design, Architecture, Data Science, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Procurement, and Technology organizations.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to align product priorities, operating model requirements, and technology investments in support of broader commercial transformation objectives.
  • Align stakeholders around a shared vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead governance discussions, roadmap reviews, executive updates, investment planning activities, and steering committee engagements.
  • Communicate product strategy, risks, opportunities, and outcomes to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.


Vendor, Adoption & Change Leadership

  • Manage relationships with technology providers, implementation partners, and strategic suppliers supporting the product.
  • Support vendor evaluations, proofs of concept, investment decisions, and product-related partner engagements.
  • Champion product adoption and organizational readiness across diverse stakeholder groups and user personas.
  • Partner with training, communications, and change management teams to ensure successful adoption and sustained engagement.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Products, Marketing Technology, Commercial Technology, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale digital products from strategy through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of agile product management methodologies and modern product development practices.
