Job Description

The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic leader who partners closely with the Vice President, Talent Management to shape and execute the organization's talent management and learning and development priorities across the US and globally. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, the Director serves as a thought partner and leads the design, implementation, and delivery of key programs across these areas. This is a strategic and delivery-focused role. Working closely with the Vice President, Talent Management, the Director translates enterprise talent priorities into effective strategies, programs, and practices across learning and development, talent management, and recruiting. The Director brings perspective and recommendations, leads program design and execution, and ensures these areas operate as an integrated talent system. The role is created with succession in mind. It is positioned for a strong talent and learning leader who can grow into broader talent and HR leadership over time. This position is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and as a player-coach, leading through the team while remaining hands on where individual expertise and judgment add value.

Qualifications
• 7 years of progressive experience across talent management and learning and development, including ownership of strategy in both.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategy development and translate strategic direction into effective programs, plans, and execution, moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery as the work requires.
• Proven record designing and owning succession, performance, and leadership development strategy, including the programs and data behind them.
• Experience delivering talent or learning programs across multiple sites or regions, including global, with sensitivity to local context.
• Direct people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and set direction for a team.
• Comfort operating in a changing, fast moving environment and driving adoption of new practices.
• Familiarity with established change and development frameworks, for example Kotter, Prosci, Lencioni, and Edmondson preferred.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Credentials such as SHRM SCP, SPHR, ATD CPTD, or a recognized coaching certification preferred.

Pay Range: $123,000 - $166,000

The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
