Job Description: - Plans and strategically executes complex projects across diverse healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive, integrated strategic initiatives, project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and key measures of success.
- Oversees planning, operational implementation, and transitions, ensuring seamless workflows and project success.
- Develops and deploys relevant tools to streamline and optimize initiative planning and execution, enhancing team communication and collaboration.
- Manages day-to-day project activities with a focus on scalable outcomes and optimal resource utilization.
- Implements advanced project management methodologies and encourages the adoption of best practices.

- Spearheads the development of forward-thinking strategic plans and initiatives, aligning with overarching organizational goals.
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization within the context of scalable project execution.

Field of Study: - degree in Business, Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field
Work Experience: - 3 years of healthcare with strategy, business development or other related experience [Required]
- Previous work experience in financial services, management consulting, or business planning in health care highly desired [Preferred]
- Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting, with ability to synthesize analytics and market intelligence to inform data-driven recommendations. [Preferred]
