The Senior Manager, Strategic Projects will play a pivotal role within the Americas Transformation team, translating strategic priorities into enterprise-level execution and measurable business outcomes across DP World's integrated logistics, ports, terminals, and supply chain platforms.

The role will partner with Americas Regional Office (ARO) leadership and pillar teams - including Ports & Terminals (P&T) Logistics and other regional businesses and enabling functions - to shape priorities, translate strategy into executable roadmaps, and lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

Operating with a region-wide mandate rather than supporting a single pillar, the role will provide strategic project leadership, executive-level problem solving, governance, and performance oversight to accelerate growth, operational performance, customer value, and cross-pillar collaboration across the Americas.

Location: This role is remote initially; however, the successful candidate is required to relocate to Charlotte, NC after one year of joining and will then transition to an on-site. hybrid working model.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

STRATEGY-TO-EXECUTION MANAGEMENT
  • Support the designing and institutionalizing a scalable strategic framework that will guide decision-making, align priorities, and enable future direct reports to execute with clarity and impact as the function grows.
  • Translating enterprise and regional strategy into clear, executable roadmaps and initiatives
  • Drive alignment across business units (ports, terminals, & logistics)
  • Ensure initiatives are tied to measurable value creation (revenue, margin, efficiency)

TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM OWNERSHIP
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects from design through execution
  • Establish governance, milestones, and KPIs to track delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring initiatives stay on track

INDUSTRY INSIGHT & STRATEGIC FORESIGHT
  • Bring deep understanding of global logistics and supply chains, port and terminal operations, data centers, AI-driven logistics, and infrastructure convergence (preferred)
  • Translate market trends into actionable strategic implications for DP World Americas

EXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
  • Partner closely with regional leadership teams to support strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across key initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver C-suite level materials and recommendations
  • Support alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities

PERFORMANCE TRACKING & VALUE REALIZATION
  • Operationalize success metrics and track value capture across initiatives
  • Ensure accountability for outcomes-not just plans
  • Continuously refine initiatives based on performance data


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 7 -10 years of experience in Strategy/transformation roles in logistics sector
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and executing strategy
  • Deep knowledge of logistics/supply chain ecosystems, ports, terminals or freight networks and infrastructure investment and development.
  • Structured problem solving and analytical rigor
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Executive communication and storytelling
  • Ability to influence without authority across a matrix organization
  • High ownership mindset with bias toward action
