Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional leadership experience in summer camp management, education, or business management
• Strong ownership of tasks and ability to lead effectively
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required
• Enthusiastic about working in EdTech and innovative practices
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with a strong follow-up capability
• Positive, professional demeanor with an inclusive mindset
• Willingness to accept feedback, be curious, and ask questions
• Must clear all required background checks

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the seasonal employee lifecycle including hiring and training
• Support recruitment by engaging and nurturing potential candidates
• Organize candidate pipelines using ATS and Google Suite
• Oversee the research and development of program curricula and ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with the management team to launch and execute multiple programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools
• Manage daily operations and scheduling across various U.S. locations
• Ensure program quality standards through regular site visits and staff feedback
