WHAT YOU WILL DO- Evaluates, monitors, and holds the responsibility for corrective actions to improve the Service revenue growth and profitability of Hyundai dealerships within the Region. In addition, the purview includes responsibility for meeting Region performance objectives in the areas of service owner retention and all other aspects of growing dealership service operations revenue.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Lead the implementation and monitoring of dealer-facing programs that improve service owner retention, customer loyalty, profitability, and customer-pay performance, including Xtime, ServiceSmarts, Owner Direct Marketing, Tire Program, Drop Ship Program, and Service Merchandising.
- Develop and present business plans for targeted dealerships to drive Service Department revenue growth, increase profitability, and enhance customer retention through HMA programs and initiatives.
- Conduct dealership process assessments and execute action plans to improve operational efficiency, service retention, and revenue opportunities in areas such as service drive operations, first service appointments, We Owe processes, special order parts, and upsell recommendations.
- Support the integration of new technologies into dealership service operations, including Blue Link, Bluetooth, audio enhancements, and other customer-focused solutions.
- Partner with Mobis to identify and implement strategies that expand parts sales and increase profitability within dealership Service Departments.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor to Service Process Training teams, providing expertise for the development and implementation of process improvement training programs.
- Recommend, develop, implement, and monitor dealer incentive programs designed to grow service revenue, improve customer retention, and strengthen overall business performance.
- Mentor and coach dealership personnel on service revenue growth, profitability improvement, operational best practices, and business process integration while supporting special projects and additional departmental objectives as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Master's degree a plus.
- Eight or more years of experience of which at least five years directly related experience in automotive fixed operations.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience or automotive consultant experience desired.
- Automotive competencies, including Retail Service & Parts Operations, Marketing and Merchandising, Business Process Improvement; technical knowledge a plus.

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU- Compensation Range: $114,800 - $164,000
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
