RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs that support key business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into clear execution plans, helping teams align priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of project management professionals through coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership.
- Provide executive-level updates, recommendations, and insights that support informed decision-making and organizational success.
- Establish governance, project plans, performance measures, and risk management practices that drive predictable execution.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, developing solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.
- Strengthen project management capabilities by improving processes, tools, governance, and delivery standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results-focused execution across teams.
- Influence stakeholders across a matrixed environment to drive alignment, remove obstacles, and achieve shared objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including successful leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching teams while promoting accountability and professional growth.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches, or similar delivery frameworks.
- Ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and lead through change.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or another complex, highly regulated industry.
- Project management certification such as PMP, Agile certification, or a related credential.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, operational improvement, or strategic business initiatives.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,900 - 213,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
