Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Program Management supports the Facility Services Program Management and Execution team for US & PR Walmart and Sam's Club locations, with primary responsibility for the Pavement Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for program management, innovation, capital and operational execution, project management, and vendor management for pavement projects. This includes oversight of asphalt and concrete paving, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all projects.
What you'll do: - Manage and execute pavement operations business plans and projects across supply chain facilities.
- Assess customer, operational, and facility needs to set priorities and communicate project plans.
- Ensure timely follow-through with urgency to meet goals, timelines, standards, and expectations.
- Apply paving, construction management, and vendor management experience to drive program success.
- Use business acumen, strategic thinking, and data analysis to remove barriers and improve performance.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, develop contingencies, and support continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support SWPPP compliance, budgeting, contracts, KPI tracking, invoicing, warranty recovery, asset improvements, lease compliance, and corrective action plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
