Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by developing strategic project plans, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, and fosters continuous learning to enhance performance. The position includes mentoring associates, managing stakeholder relationships, and promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with senior leaders, the Senior Manager ensures effective decision-making and delivers measurable results that support business growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do...
  • Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
  • Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define goals, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by conducting analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
  • Evaluate program performance using key metrics, ROI analyses, and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement adjustments.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting a positive workplace culture.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
