What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Consumer Electronics Product Development leads the strategy, HARDWARE development, and commercialization of innovative consumer home entertainment products. This role owns the full product lifecycle, from concept development and market assessment through launch and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate brings proven experience developing consumer electronics hardware and driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, and brand teams. Responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions, this leader leverages market insights, product strategy, and project management expertise to accelerate innovation, drive business growth, and bring high-quality products to market that strengthen competitive advantage, enhance the customer experience, and build brand loyalty.

What you'll do:
  • Lead product development initiatives by managing communications with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including specification development, quality assurance, and issue resolution through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing activities, validate documentation, and ensure compliance with business strategies.
  • Drive product strategy by conducting market research, benchmarking trends, and recommending enhancements to meet customer needs and financial goals.
  • Manage multiple business plans and projects, removing obstacles and adjusting performance to achieve objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
