Full Job Description
Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Product Development leads cross-functional collaboration to drive product initiatives from concept through commercialization ensuring alignment with business strategies and quality standards. This role oversees sourcing, product specifications, and performance metrics while identifying and resolving issues to meet production timelines. By leveraging industry insights and data analysis, the position supports strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. The Senior Manager also fosters team development, promotes ethical standards, and champions operational excellence to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and advance organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Lead product development initiatives by managing communications with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee sourcing activities, validating documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business strategies.
  • Develop and manage connected tech product specifications throughout the lifecycle, conducting benchmarking and quality evaluations to meet customer needs.
  • Drive product strategy by analyzing market trends, providing insights, and recommending enhancements to senior leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
