  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

You will have oversight into Business Insights & Research:
  • Provide portfolio, business, and sector insights by performing research and structured quantitative and qualitative analyses, often in connection with key strategic questions, competitive intelligence gathering, and executive presentations
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, playing a central role in collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing a wide range of internal and external materials, datasets, and financial information to extract valuable insights, surface recommendations to support decision-making, and shape key messages and content for leadership communications

You will be responsible for Enterprise Goal Planning and Performance Review:
  • Support the annual portfolio goal-setting process end-to-end
  • Execute and optimize the process - driving rigor around timeline, senior leadership alignment, cascaded distribution, and accountability for outcomes
  • Prepare annual and quarterly reviews and reporting

You will be responsible for Executive Communications, Briefs & Presentations:
  • Responsible for crafting materials, briefs, and presentations prepared for the IDEXX ELT, CEO, Board of Directors, and investor audiences (including investor conferences and analyst engagements)
  • Ensure that business unit leadership is fully briefed and that materials are prepared, reviewed, and quality-controlled in advance of internal and external stakeholder activities such as board meetings, ELT reviews, and investor conferences
  • Support the design, development, and preparation of business unit leadership communications, including key messages and presentation materials, with a high bar for narrative clarity, executive polish, and analytical credibility

What You Will Need to Succeed ...
  • You have 7+ years of progressive experience demonstrating strong functional competence, including structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and cross-functional business insight
  • You have prior experience at a management consulting firm, with demonstrated mastery of hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and the ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders

  • You have demonstrated success leading or contributing to cross-functional strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives within complex, matrixed environments
