Position Summary...As Walmart Connect continues expanding its advertising capabilities across international markets and in close coordination with Sam's Connect, we are hiring a People Partner to support the organization by delivering strategic and operational people solutions across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance enablement, and leadership coaching.
What you'll do...What you'll do...- Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
